The lack of appropriate information on renewable energy sources and its effective dissemination is still one of the major barriers towards the increased use of renewable energy sources.
There are already many initiatives on regional, national as well as EU level to spread information on renewable energy sources to various target groups, but unfortunately, limited use is being made of synergies.
