The study, wanted by the European Commission, is part of IRENA\u2019s roadmap on renewables: REmap. The\u00a0obje<span style=\"font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit;\">ctive was to identify cost-effective options for member States to achieve the 27% target for renewable energy, and create an open platform to measure the overall impact of renewables development in Europe.
