Young Farmers’ Policies after the 2013 CAP Reform: public hearing and study.
23th November the AGRI Committee dealt with the issue of young farmers. Mr Caputo (S&D, IT) is the rapporteur of an implementation report related to the measures decided in the 2013 CAP reform.
A study called “Young farmers – policy implementation after the 2013 CAP reform” was made by experts from the Czech University of Life Sciences, the Technology Centre of the Czech Academy of Science and Scotland’s James Hutton Institute.
Moreover a public hearing took place with speaker from the Court of Auditors, the European Council of Young Farmers (CEJA), the Italian Council for Research in Agriculture (CREA) and the Committee of the Regions that made reference to the same field as the study.
